Engage directly with customers to design and implement target architectures for migrating their workloads to Snowflake. Analyzing and understanding existing customer architectures to develop comprehensive migration plans. Repointing ETL tools such as Informatica and DataStage from source RDBMS to Snowflake as part of the migration process. Partnering with customers to craft tailored migration solutions, streamline data-movement processes, and design scalable, efficient workloads optimized for cloud performance.

Designed and implemented enterprise-grade data warehouse solutions leveraging Kimball and Inmon methodologies. Led the migration of Google Analytics 360 (GA360) data from GCP to Snowflake. Partnered with clients to define cloud data strategies, establish governance standards, and implement CI/CD workflows for data delivery using Python, DBT, AWS Glue, and SageMaker.

Collaborated end-to-end with customers — from opportunity discovery and SHIFT product demos to architecture design, value articulation, and post-migration success — ensuring smooth transition from on-premises to cloud environments. Leading multiple teams for code analyzer, code translations from legacy systems like Teradata, Netezza, Hadoop, Oracle to cloud based platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, Redshift, GCP Big Query, Yellowbrick.

Responsible for developing Microsoft SSIS packages involving IBM Netezza, IBM IGC, REST API and DB2 to automate complex tasks meeting business requirements. Contributed to the creation of an ETL framework that standardized package design and error handling across the department. Migrated data pipelines from Netezza to Hadoop, enabling integration with new big data systems.

Responsible for Business Intelligence and ETL solutions for data migration from Postgre database to Microsoft GP Dynamics. Technical Environment: Visual studio 2010, Microsoft SSIS, Scribe Workbench 7.9, Postgre 9.0, Pervasive, Polaris database, PowerShell, SQL Server 2012, Subversion.

Worked as a Database/ETL Developer in an Enterprise Data Warehouse (HUB-IDP) in IBM Netezza appliance. Worked on various AML (Anti Money Laundering) data warehouse projects that needed extensive report generation based on Capital Market feeds such as Global One, Calypso and Wallstreet. Worked on regulatory projects such as VOLCKER.
